Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at New Era International Education LTD. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our digital presence, including our website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and efficient.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an education or international business setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • MS PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of web development and design principles.
