Job Title: Caregiver and Companionship Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join our team as a Caregiver and Companionship Provider. This role involves providing personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearResponsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, exercising, and light housekeeping
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversation and activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
Work Environment:

This role requires working in various locations, including rural areas, and may involve traveling to different clients' homes. The work environment can be physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Physical Capabilities:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Weight handling: up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
