The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Yoga instructor who is passionate about sharing a mindful movement experience with our guests. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class fitness experiences that emphasize inclusivity, education, and community-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead engaging Yoga classes that cater to various skill levels and interests
  • Collaborate with our team to create a positive and supportive class environment
  • Participate in promotional events and brand initiatives to showcase your expertise and build relationships with guests and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 200hr RYT YA Certification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience teaching Yoga in group fitness studios
  • 500hr RYT is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of teaching to open level groups
  • Comfortability teaching in warm/hot studio spaces
  • Continued interest in additional training/continuing education/development
  • Interested in feedback/discourse to inspire growth amongst teaching staff
  • Committed to teaching authentically, thoughtfully, and with integrity
  • Possesses a natural ability to create connections and build community
  • CPR/AED Certification

  1. A brief introduction (under 3 minutes) where you tell us about yourself, your passion for wellness and fitness, and your motivation to join the team at S&T.
  2. A video of you teaching, which should include at least 3 tracks or a minimum of 10 minutes.
