- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Create and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels (co-op marketing, social media, email, SEO, content marketing, etc.)
- Develop engaging, on-brand content for digital platforms, including website, email newsletters, social media, and paid advertisements
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Manage email and SMS campaigns from ideation to execution working in collaboration with the Director of Ecommerce
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with website promotions, product launches, and online sales events

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
