Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
Estimated Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement data-driven digital marketing plans that align with business objectives, targeting specific audiences and driving desired actions.
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and more.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Social Media Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, creating and curating content, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Email Marketing: Design and send regular email newsletters to subscribers, promoting products, services, and events, while ensuring compliance with anti-spam laws.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role;
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies;
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, MailChimp, and other digital marketing tools.
