About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Nexus Home Renovations and Construction Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing flooring surfaces to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Utilize hand and power tools
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks. You will work in various locations, including construction and renovation sites.

Requirements
  • Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
