About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Mango Fresh Market Ltd. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of product quality and presentation in our meat department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meats

Clean and prepare meats to ensure they are presented in a visually appealing and safe manner for our customers.

Cut and Trim Meats

Cut and trim meats to order, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Wrap and Package Meats

Wrap and package meats in a clean and efficient manner, ensuring they are ready for sale.

Remove Bones and Cut Poultry

Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts as required.

Clean and Prepare Fish and Shellfish

Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale, ensuring they are fresh and of high quality.

Sell Meats to Customers

Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on meat products.

Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week, with a permanent contract.
