Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Selection and Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier selection process to ensure the best possible suppliers are selected for our projects.
    • Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
  • Procurement Project Management
    • Lead procurement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Commodity Strategy and Support
    • Contribute to the development of commodity strategies and panels to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Support the Commodity Manager in tender phases and provide input to build differentiation.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including savings, cost-to-complete, and supplier compliance.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous process enhancement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Engineering or Business School bachelor's degree.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 0-5 years of sourcing professional background.

    • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
    • Excellent communication and team spirit skills.
    • Results-oriented, rigorous, and structured approach.
