Key Responsibilities- Supplier Selection and Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier selection process to ensure the best possible suppliers are selected for our projects.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
- Procurement Project Management
- Lead procurement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Commodity Strategy and Support
- Contribute to the development of commodity strategies and panels to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the Commodity Manager in tender phases and provide input to build differentiation.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including savings, cost-to-complete, and supplier compliance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous process enhancement.
- Education
- Engineering or Business School bachelor's degree.
- Experience
- Minimum 0-5 years of sourcing professional background.
