Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze quotes, policies, and policy modifications to ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Track and record audited results for team members and the overall team progress.
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance quality and front-line underwriting practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to licensed team members on underwriting and quality of information.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and enthusiasm.
- Minimum 2 years of related Personal Lines Underwriting experience.
- OTL or RIBO license required.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance policy forms and regulatory requirements is an asset.
- Total Compensation Range: $70K-75K Base Salary.
- Health & Dental/Life Insurance Benefit (after 3 months).
- Flexible work-from-home options available.
