About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and providing personalized hearing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to select suitable hearing aid solutions
  • Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that best addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle
  • Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience and continuous client care and support
  • Remain current on the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships
  • Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects; supervise or mentor students and train new staff members, when applicable
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards

Requirements
  • Certification & Licensing: A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program; Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
  • Skills & Experience: Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices; Able to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues; Able to work independently, autonomously, and as a collaborator; Adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards; Able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment; Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency; Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services
