Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols, computer hardware, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and networks
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of computer systems and networks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3 years of experience in IT support and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, computer hardware, and software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
