About the Role:
Job Description- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services and materials.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records of all cleaning operations.
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and manage client relationships.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance on best practices.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Establish work schedules to meet customer needs and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and management.
- Initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Standing for extended periods while inspecting sites or facilities.
- Manual dexterity to perform tasks that require fine motor skills.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling to access hard-to-reach areas.
