Job DescriptionRole Overview

We're looking for a talented and passionate Web Developer/UX Designer to join our dynamic team of leaders.

As a Web Developer/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the design and workflows of the user experience and the user interface related to the product and platforms built by R-LABS and our early stage ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop captivating interface designs that are thoughtful and engaging.
  • Communicate design concepts by creating user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups and other UX frameworks.
  • Translate business vision into words and visual design by developing delightful splash pages, landing pages and websites.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to generate meaningful feedback that will drive creative concepts, inform design decisions and influence iterations.
Requirements
  • Passion for design and innovation.
  • Skills and experience in both web development and UX Design.
  • Consulting with internal and external clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.
  • Strong research, copywriting, graphical design, and A/B test design skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus.
