About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Specialist to join our team at Andrea Baron. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in a family setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and supervision to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine, including rest periods and outdoor activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized living space.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
