Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and visionary leader to join our team as a principal or vice principal. As a member of our administrative team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience for our students and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective educational programs and policies that meet the needs of our diverse student population
  • Collaborate with district-level administration to advance the district's strategic plan and goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the broader community
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of district funds
  • Support the development of staff through professional learning and growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate
  • Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with technology to support learning and administrative tasks
What We Offer
