Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing and reviewing estimates for various construction projects, coordinating with the project management team, and analyzing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimates.

The Senior Estimator will also prepare quotes and design proposals for management, identify and select highly qualified subcontractors, and conduct thorough analysis of tender drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of estimating experience in construction management, including overseeing projects in retail, restaurant, commercial, or industrial development.

Experience in Ground-up Construction and estimating software such as PlanSwift is required. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, and experience in project management or construction supervision is a plus.
