Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Farm Worker. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for assisting with various farm tasks, including harvesting crops, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with crop harvesting and preparation for market
  • Operate farm equipment, including tractors and vegetable harvesters
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve farm goals
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a noisy environment
Work Environment

Our farm is located in a rural area, and you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
