Job Title: Retail Merchandising Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Associate to join our team at MCA. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for setting up attractive product displays, arranging products according to planograms, and ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays that meet client quality and branding standards.
- Arrange products according to detailed planograms to maximize product visibility and brand representation.
- Ensure clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
- Install eye-catching signage and perform additional merchandising services as required by clients.
- Collect valuable retail data using advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for MCA and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Reliable and takes pride in their work.
- Familiar with merchandising in a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
- Can read and execute planograms.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
- Self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
- Enthusiasm and consistently professional attitude and appearance.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
