We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our team at LCBO. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes and providing technical support to supply chain operations.
About the Role
- Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations to enhance product flow and operational efficiency across the LCBO supply chain.
- Conduct process mapping, simulation, benchmarking, scorecarding, and financial modeling to inform business decisions.
- Maintain databases, complex data models, ETL processes, and supply chain dashboards using SQL Server, MS Access, Excel, and Power BI.
- Communicate operational and process analysis information through periodic reporting, ad hoc studies, and presentations.
About You
- You have a strong background in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering, with 2+ years of experience in retail supply chain operations, analytics, forecasting, and modeling.
- You possess expert knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, preparation, and visualization using SQL, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, MS Access, and SSIS.
- You have demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead medium/large projects and deliver results.
