We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Policy Analyst.

The successful candidate will provide research and analysis to support the college's strategic projects and initiatives, as well as develop and implement policies, guidelines, and standards.

You will work closely with the Director of Governance and Regulatory Policy to ensure that the college's policies align with legislative and regulatory requirements.

The role requires excellent project management, research, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of Ontario's legislative and regulatory framework.

Duties include:

•Conducting research and analysis on regulatory and governance issues

•Developing and implementing policies, guidelines, and standards

•Collaborating with system partners and facilitating internal and external consultations

•Assisting with board and committee support, including preparing reports and presentations

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in public policy or public administration, political science, law, health administration, or related field.

Experience in policy analysis, governance, or regulatory affairs is also required.
