About the Role

GURBAKSH HOLDING LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated areas.
  • Structural Assembly: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth surface.
  • Debris Removal: Clean and pile salvaged materials and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. A permanent position is available.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
