Job Title: Early Childhood Educator - Child Development Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Balwin Learn N play Daycare & out of school care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist early childhood educators in developing and implementing educational programs for children
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children

Requirements:

  • Child development worker (ECE level 2) certification
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in early childhood education
  • Ability to work in a team environment
