Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Intensive Care and Emergency Department. As a Physical Therapist at Humber River Health, you will have the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team to optimize the mobility of our patients and help them achieve their maximum range of movement and physical ability.

Responsibilities
  • Providing assessment and treatment of referred patients within the ICU and Emergency Departments
  • Prioritizing patient caseload to meet the needs of referred patients
  • Recording client assessment, progress and discharge status
  • Recording timely workload measurement data
  • Working as a member of the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Eligibility for C.P.A membership
  • Previous physiotherapy experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40.36 - $56.30 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, and a generous vacation plan.

Please note that occasional cross-site coverage may be required. The successful candidate must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
