We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team at VP Infrastruktur. As a key member of our ERM Governance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ERM governance documentation, developing training materials, and performing gap analysis of existing policies against regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ERM governance documentation, including policies, standards, and controls.
- Create training materials aligned with policies, standards, and controls.
- Analyze existing policies and identify gaps against regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, compliance, and audit.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Risk Management function, preferably in a bank or financial services consulting company.
- Strong understanding of Risk Identification and Strategic Risk regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Risk Identification and/or Strategic Risk governance and controls.
- Proven track record of driving results and meeting deadlines.
- Highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail, teamwork, organization, and proactivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems and policy interpretations through concise and clear messaging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree in a finance, business, or technical discipline.
