Job Title: Construction Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at Fortune Customer Care Professionals Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Inspector will be responsible for inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and drawings. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and drawings
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure a safe working environment
  • Verify that construction work is being performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications
  • Document inspection findings and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with construction teams to resolve inspection findings and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Construction Inspector will work outdoors at construction sites, which may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty environments. The role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
