Position Overview

Deerwood Landscaping Ltd is seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong background in landscaping and horticulture, with a focus on creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in landscaping or related fields
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement landscaping projects from conception to completion
  • Create detailed proposals and cost estimates for clients
  • Prepare and present design graphics and drawings
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments
  • Water and care for plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Utilize fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and other lawn care products effectively
  • Perform treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas
  • Evaluate the health and condition of lawns and gardens
  • Plan and coordinate the growth and application of plants for various landscaping purposes
  • Plant and maintain both private and public green spaces
  • Transplant and relocate trees as necessary
