Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to various locations within the office
  • Process and sort mail and packages using Canada Post and Purolator services
  • Ensure the quality of materials processed and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Understand and adhere to end-to-end processes for Canadian Document Services
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and internal partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all areas of Sun Life
  • Recognize and address customer and business needs in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for frequent interactions with colleagues and internal partners
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Focus on customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift items weighing 50-75 lbs and work overtime with minimal notice
  • Must be able to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada before a start date can be confirmed
