We are seeking an experienced Visual Effects Artist to join our team at Built By Snowman Inc. in Canada.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.

About the Role

As a Visual Effects Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects for our video games and interactive media.

Your tasks will include transforming digitized images using retouching systems and graphic palettes or specialized software, designing and laying out pages, producing project designs, and performing the layout, page make-up and placement using conceptual mock-ups provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have a college diploma or certificate from a program of 1-2 years in animation, interactive technology, video graphics and special effects, game and interactive media design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, C++, Autodesk Maya, C#, Python, and Unity3D is required.
  • You should have experience with 3D modeling and a good understanding of computer and technology knowledge.
