Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our parts team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts, providing accurate pricing and product information
- Process online parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
- Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches
- Provide support to branch service technicians as needed
- Place inventory stock orders and make inventory and bin adjustments
- Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
- Previous experience in the parts industry is preferred
- Solid foundation of parts and warehousing knowledge and skills
- Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
