Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Consultant to join our team at LifeWorks, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leveraging technology and our caring cultures to further progress our shared goal of building a healthier and friendlier future for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement actuarial models and strategies that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Provide expert actuarial advice and guidance to stakeholders, including senior leadership, product development teams, and sales teams.
  • Conduct actuarial research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the health and wellness industry.
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models, including mortality, morbidity, and financial models, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in actuarial science and health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Strong background in actuarial science, with a focus on health and wellness.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing actuarial models and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
