About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual and clerical tasks involved in shipping or receiving products. This includes sorting and delivering materials within the customer site, scanning inventory, and maintaining the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Perform manual and clerical tasks involved in shipping or receiving products
  2. Sort and deliver materials within the customer site to point of use locations and scanning inventory
  3. Maintain the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines
  4. Read and interpret production orders and pack tickets
  5. Provide information for recording movement of incoming and outgoing material and supplies
  6. Follow material handling processes and procedures to receive, store, assemble, label, pick, pack, and ship individual components or kitted together for final distribution or shipping to several locations
  7. Operate a forklift or motorized pallet jack

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School diploma or its equivalent
  • Up to 1-4 years' experience in related material handling experience and warehouse experience
  • Valid G driver's license and qualified to drive a delivery van and forklift truck
  • Able to safely operate hand and power tools, drum dollies, and powered forklifts with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to use and wear all required PPE with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work rotating shifts, any job, and possible overtime
  • Computer proficiency
  • Customer service skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
