- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve our software solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Team Management
- Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
- Education: University or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of technical leadership experience, with a strong background in application development and management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as C#, Angular, Python, JavaScript, and R, as well as experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
