Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in system design, analysis, and optimization. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical systems
  • Analyzing dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures to ensure optimal performance
  • Developing and implementing maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Investigating mechanical failures and developing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and manage projects, including preparing estimates, reports, and design specifications
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in mechanical system design, analysis, and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, such as Mastercam
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
