Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our manufacturing locations, driving process improvements, and developing new formulations and methods to meet production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve process equipment problems and address production concerns
  • Plan and execute process improvement experiments to optimize raw material usage and minimize waste
  • Participate in health and safety and quality audit processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of SPC and automotive quality standards
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Computer skills, including AutoCAD, Windows, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software
