At Communications & Power Industries, we're shaping the future through cutting-edge technology. As a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing high-voltage modules, power supplies, and analog/digital circuits for medical X-ray generators.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-voltage modules, power supplies, and analog/digital circuits for high-end medical X-ray generators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize circuit layouts.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, production test, and customer support to ensure seamless product development and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing and customers to identify and implement new requirements and features.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of design documentation.

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have a minimum of years' experience designing power electronics circuits with good reliability and EMC requirements.
  • You possess general knowledge of dielectric materials and high-voltage high-frequency environments.
  • You have experience with high-voltage designs, EM field limitations, and dielectric applications.
  • You're an enthusiastic team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You have experience with ISO design and manufacturing environments, DFM, DFT, and hazard analysis/risk assessment.
