Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on location and experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Food Service Manager to lead our team at Gong cha. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include:
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
• Addressing customers' complaints or concerns
