Job Title: Food Store Supervisor

Milton Halal Meat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
