Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Equipment Specialist to join our team at CaseMogul Phone Repairs. As an Electronic Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment, installing new equipment, and ensuring all products are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Repair and Install Electronic Equipment: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools, and install new electronic equipment.
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults, and test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
  • Complete Work Orders and Reports: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and prepare cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: College/CEGEP degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electronic equipment repair, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

As an Electronic Equipment Specialist at CaseMogul Phone Repairs, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced technicians. You will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week and have a strong client focus.
