We are seeking a Labourer to join our team in Victoria, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a team of other Labourers to support various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks involving physical labour, such as loading and unloading building materials and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare the site to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the site to ensure it is clear of water and scrap material.
  • Provide daily labour support as directed by the on-site team.
  • Assist in erecting and dismantling temporary structures as needed.
  • Follow instructions and work as a productive member of a high-functioning team.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be punctual and have excellent attendance.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Safety knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience with basic power and construction tools.
  • A valid BC driver's license is considered an asset.
  • First aid is considered an asset.
  • Fitness to work, with the ability to see, hear, walk, stand, and lift up to 50lbs.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Compensation: $19.00-$34.00 per hour.
