Lead iOS Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead iOS Developer to join our team at Nord Group - A GenHive Partner. This role demands a deep understanding of iOS development, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance iOS application features.
  • Maintain and optimize application performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Prioritizing and allocating tasks among the iOS development team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior iOS developers to help them improve their skills and contribute effectively.
  • Proficiency in Swift (Objective-C knowledge a plus).
  • Extensive experience with iOS APIs (Local Authentication, WebKit, Networking).
  • In-depth understanding of iOS programming concepts (Threading, Crash Analysis).
  • Mastery of Xcode, xcodebuild, application loader, and iOS ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with API development.
  • Knowledge of Android development.
  • Strong user experience (UX) design sensibilities.

This is a full-time contract position with a minimum one-year commitment. On-site work is required for device debugging.
