Job Description

Xergy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, problem-solving, and customer service
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Fluency in multiple languages
