Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home health care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to clients in their homes, utilizing your skills and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify client needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
