Job Title: Inventory Lead

At Laura Canada, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team. As an Inventory Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of inventory in and out of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception: Unpack, scan, and process merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ship from Store: Execute daily pick and pack processes to fulfill online orders and maintain sufficient supplies.
  • Replenishment: Maintain stockroom inventory accuracy and conduct daily replenishment of items sold from within the store.
  • Markdowns: Adjust ticketed prices for selected merchandise storewide.
  • Internal Merchandise Transfers: Prepare stock for transfer to other stores.
  • Maintain receiving and stock areas.
  • Assist with operational activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is exceptionally organized.
Working Conditions and Environment:
  • Available Monday to Friday, minimum 35 hours/week.
  • Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions, and staff meetings.
  • Works in a standing/walking position and lifts approximately 20-50 lbs of product/boxes.
  • Uses ladder as required.
