We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure project success.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material procurement, and labor management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, hire, and train staff, as well as handle staffing-related actions, such as promotions and terminations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar construction or management role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:
