Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage complex insurance cases and provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and support their professional development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and products

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
