Job Title: Meat Cutter
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at APNA Farm Halal Meat and Grocery. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing high-quality meat products for our customers.
- Cut and trim meat to the correct specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for processing
- Remove bones from meat and poultry
- Price meat products accurately
- Sell meats to customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized meat department
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
