About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Brockbank Residence. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to residents' dietary needs.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week.
