Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food preparation and presentation.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Recruit and hire staff to support our growing team.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
