This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Pyramid Model, a mentoring culture designed to support early childhood educators in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including early childhood educators, caregivers, and community partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the non-profit sector, preferably in a project management or coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of the Pyramid Model across Prince Edward Island
  • Support early childhood educators in implementing the Pyramid Model in their centers
  • Coordinate training and professional development opportunities for early childhood educators
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in business management, project management, or a related field
  • Experience working within the non-profit sector, preferably in a project management or coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
