As our Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

With a strong background in project management, you will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, while also providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project life cycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring all necessary controls are in place to manage project constraints to baseline.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, strategies, and the project's business case, exploring the scope of business issues and preparing a project plan, including estimating required resources and timelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse work group/project team, as well as strong strategic and tactical planning skills, with the ability to align business and technology planning.

If you have a degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline, and a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years' related experience, including 5 years managing medium to large projects and special initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse work group/project team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel projects or multiple streams of work on a very large project.
  • Experience in an Agile environment is an asset.
